Embrace Pet Insurance Reports Generating More Than $600k For Nonprofits in 2022.

CLEVELAND, March 21, 2023 – Embrace Pet Insurance has introduced its first-ever 2022 Community Impact report, “Who We Are,” providing updates on its corporate social responsibility initiatives, including diverse community engagement, volunteerism, and charitable giving.

“It is my belief that when you do well, you have to do good,” said Brian Macias, President of Embrace Pet Insurance. “At Embrace, we recognize our role in corporate citizenship, and as we grow our business, we make it our goal to prioritize giving back. Our duty is to serve all stakeholders in the business – not only our shareholders and the pet parents we serve, but also our team members and our communities.

The major highlights captured in Embrace Pet Insurance’s 2022 Community Impact Report include:

  • Embrace generated over $600,000 for nonprofits in 2022, benefiting 130 organizations local to Cleveland, Ohio and nationwide.

  • Embrace’s signature community fundraiser, EmbraceCLE, raised $217,000 for Cleveland-area charities in 2022, and almost $610,000 overall since its inception in 2020.

  • Embrace employees logged over 2,000 hours of volunteerism in 2022, and donated $14,000 to charities of their choice. Embrace matches employee donations 100 percent, totaling $28,000 raised for charities after the match.

  • On Veteran’s Day, Embrace’s President, Brian Macias, challenged the NSM corporate team and Collector Car Division to a fundraising competition for organizations supporting veterans. Over $19,000 was collectively raised for veterans in just a few short hours.

  • Embrace covered the adoption fees of 2,129 homeless animals during a two-month long partnership with Best Friends Animal Society.
