How do I submit a claim?

Submitting a claim is easy through your MyEmbrace account online or Embrace Pet Insurance app, by simply selecting “Submit a Claim” from the main navigation. Have the complete itemized invoice ready to upload, and input the diagnosis/reason for visit (i.e. vomiting, itching, etc.) for Accident & Illness claims. Your first claim will take a bit longer due to the initial medical history review. Learn more about what to expect during your first claim. 

Why did my premium increase?

Premium increases are driven by multiple factors, including but not limited to: pet’s age, costly breed-specific conditions, state-mandated rate minimums, and the rising cost of veterinary care. Learn more about premium changes.

What do Wellness Plans cover?

Wellness plans are optional preventative care programs designed to help you budget for everyday pet expenses, including dental cleanings, spay/neuter surgeries, grooming, and training classes. What are pre-existing conditions?

Simply put, pre-existing conditions are any injury, illness, or irregularity that is symptomatic or diagnosed before your policy starts and through the policy waiting periods.
